Liliana Díaz's exhibition Aixopluc Suspés explores, within the context of the formation and disintegration of a home, the contrast between being in constant motion and knowing how to stay static. This installation project is a continuation of Liliana's extensive research on how we weave and occupy the nests we inhabit, which we have all revalued during the global pandemic that we are currently facing.

The movement and occupation by our bodies - uprooting ourselves, dragging our roots and moving elsewhere in order to re-root if we remain long enough in that place - is the way we, the viewers, participates in order to complement the work.

This piece is and is not at the same time. It allows for the possibility of looking at that which is hidden but only when it is ready to reveal itself to us - we just need to pause life for a moment. If we give ourselves time to stop, we are able to enjoy how things naturally fall into place, revealing for an instant the beauty of suspension.
